Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally, e.g., your name, address, email addresses, or user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email, via the contact form, or the reservation request form, the data you provide (e.g. your email address, name, phone number, etc.) will be stored by us in order to respond to your inquiry. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations exist.
(4) If we rely on contracted service providers for individual functions of our services or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also specify the criteria for the retention period.
§ 2 Your Rights
(1) You have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by us:
a. Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us;
b. Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
c. Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us;
d. Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data;
e. Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request the transfer to another controller;
f. Pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR, to withdraw your consent at any time. This means we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; and
g. Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by us.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by us.
§ 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
(1) When using the website purely for informational purposes – meaning you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us – we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. d. It is legally permissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of a contract with you.
§ 5 Embedding of YouTube Content
(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.
(2) When you visit our website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this privacy policy is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged into or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button or clicking on a YouTube video.
YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or the tailored design of its website.
